Are there setup fees?
Launch and Scale include standard onboarding at no extra cost. Enterprise builds with custom integrations may include a one-time implementation fee, quoted up front — never a surprise.
What's the commitment?
A 90-day initial term so we can build, launch, and tune your system. After that it's month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?
We never shut your AI off mid-month. Overage is billed at a flat per-conversation rate, or we move you to the next tier — whichever is cheaper for you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing cycle. Most clients start on Launch and move to Scale once they see the booked appointments roll in.
Is there a guarantee?
If your AI system isn't live within 21 days of onboarding, your first month is free. Enterprise plans carry SLA-backed uptime and response guarantees.
